Organization

Main decisions about the Action organization and policies are taken by the Management Committee (MC), that is lead by a Chair and a Vice Chair. All operational decisions are taken by the members of the Core Group, also lead by the Chair and Vice Chair. The Core Group includes the leaders of the three scientific workgroups WG1, WG2 and WG3 and the leaders of the four Tasks addressed in the Management Work Group.

All participants to the TO-BE Actions, whether they are or are not Management committee (MC) members, will become members of one of the S&T Work Groups. Participants willing to have an active role in the Action organization will also have a chance to participate to one of the four Tasks of the Management Work Group.
Participation to the TO-BE Action and to its Work Groups will be requested on an Application Form.
